New FROGEM utility in V.4.0

• FROGEM staking: access to the basic version of the trading bot, automation engine, and the conversational AI: e.g. bot signals but not automatic trade execution; the AI will only advise on a limited range of matters, etc.

• Payment in FROGEM for the advanced features: automated trade execution on a small number of exchanges; automated trading on the full list of supported exchanges for a higher fee; full AI mentorship etc.
